IOS/iPhone - Page keeps refreshing after asking for permissions.
To stop Safari from auto-refreshing on your iPhone, you can follow these steps:
- Open the Settings app on your iPhone.
- Scroll down and tap on "Safari."
- In the Safari settings, look for the "Auto-Refresh" option.
- Toggle the switch to turn off auto-refresh.
- By following these steps, you should be able to stop Safari from auto-refreshing on your iPhone.

Where can I find the permissions that I have allowed for the app, such as my location, microphone, and others?
Because the app is a Progressive Web App (PWA), permissions are handled quite differently and not by your device.
There are 2 methods on how to access permissions:
1. Tap and hold the app icon on your device and tap on site settings.
2. Depending on the browser from which you installed it, such as Google Chrome or Safari, open your browser and navigate to the top-right corner (on your mobile device only). Then, go to settings and scroll down to site settings. Choose the permissions you would like to view access from. Search for https://unlocked-yymb4u.flutterflow.app to verify that permissions are allowed.
How come my messages are not sending?
Occasionally, you may encounter difficulties sending messages, especially following an update from Unlocked. In such instances, it's advisable to wait a brief moment, and then attempt to send your message again. This pause allows for any adjustments or optimizations resulting from the update to take effect, potentially resolving the issue. Your message will appear blank if it does not send successfully.
How are payments and credit/debit card information handled?
All payments and associated information are handled outside of the Unlocked app, using the payment provider Square. (Web app). For Google play users, billing is handled by Google and Revenue Cat.
Will Unlocked ever open up to straight communities?
Unlocked will assess the possibility of extending its services to the straight communities following the initial launch, taking into account user feedback and platform reception. In consideration of safety concerns, Unlocked may opt to create separate applications tailored for different communities or strive to inclusively accommodate all users within the initial application framework.
I'm having trouble finding and incorporating my fetish/kink How can I add it?
Any additional fetishes or kinks not currently listed on the platform must undergo pre-approval by Unlocked for safety reasons. This precaution is especially vital due to the potential inclusion of elements like violence. Furthermore, variations in terms for certain fetishes can exacerbate the challenge of connecting users with similar interests, necessitating careful consideration and approval processes.
Why is the app running very slow?
No need to fret! There may be a few reasons:
1. There may be too much data stored from previous app updates. To clear your data and re-login, tap and hold the app icon on your device, go to Site Settings, and select Reset Permissions and Clear/Delete Data.
2. Check your data/Wi-Fi signal.
3. When in a populated area with many members the Nearby, Global and Search grids may take extra time to load.
4. Battery Saver Mode on your device can affect performance.
5. The Unlocked Team is hard at work publishing an update. Unlike traditional app updates that require manual installation from the app store, our updates happen seamlessly and automatically. Just give it a few minutes, close the app, and then reopen it. You'll be up and running with the latest improvements in no time!
Why are there no labels and descriptions?
At Unlocked, we are dedicated to fostering a judgment-free environment for our community members. However, we have observed that on various platforms, user profiles often contain labels and descriptions that inadvertently contribute to division within the community. This may include preferences for specific body types such as "twinks" or "bears," or stating the types of individuals they are not interested in.
We firmly believe that meaningful connections can be established based solely on stats, and sexual preferences. As such, we encourage our users to focus on these aspects when seeking potential matches, rather than relying on labels or exclusions.
By removing such divisive elements from user profiles, we aim to create a more inclusive and welcoming space where all individuals feel valued and accepted for who they are.
